• On the evening of February 22, 2020 RVC hosted a special event, "Vu’s Vegan Roast," at the Seattle Aquarium, to honor and celebrate the contributions of Vu Le, the founding Executive Director of RVC.

    The event was a fundraising dinner filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a lighthearted roasting of Vu by some of his closest friends and colleagues. Over 200 guests attended the event, which featured speeches, a dessert dash, raffle drawings, and an opportunity to hear from Vu himself as he reflected on his time with RVC.
